our Story

I started Pawcific Pup to combine my two passions, the first being DOGS and the second being e-commerce retail. After over ten years of working for various consumer retail companies and then a stint in the tech world, I decided that there was something more fulfilling out there for me. I began first by volunteering at a local rescue, Muttville Senior Dog Rescue in San Francisco. Then I started a full time position on the development team. With the extra headspace that I finally had from doing something that made me happy for a living, I came up with Pawcific Pup.

Pawcific Pup is inspired by my own dog Sammy (@sanfranciscosam on Instagram!) Sammy has embraced the California Lifestyle since moving here and embodies all things that a true Californian Pup should which includes, style, grace and that laid-back lifestyle! I am also inspired by my Muttville rescue, Skip. He came into my care at 14 years old and has blossomed into a puppy again! His favorite spot in San Francisco is Baker Beach,

My hope is to grow my company so that I can one day donate the proceeds of my sales to dog rescues in the Bay Area and beyond.
